Cancellation Terms
Guests may cancel a reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
If a guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in, no cancellation fee will apply and any eligible payment will be refunded.
For bookings cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, the full reservation amount is due and is non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
Payment Deadline
After confirming that the requested dates are available, we may temporarily hold those dates for up to 8 hours while the guest completes payment through a Stripe payment link or invoice.
The reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully completed. If payment is not received within 8 hours, the temporary hold may expire and the dates may be made available to other guests.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe through its payment platform. We do not collect or store payment card details through this website or by email.
