1. Reservations and Payments
Reservations are processed through this website and payments are securely handled by Stripe. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully completed within the 8-hour payment window stated in the invoice or booking instructions.
All applicable prices, taxes, fees, and payment details will be shown before the reservation is completed.
2. Check-in Requirements
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in. The name on the identification document must match the name provided in the reservation.
Additional check-in, occupancy, house, or property rules may also apply and will be communicated to the guest where applicable.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations, refunds, and changes to reservations are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
4. Governing Law and Company Information
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
